1955 CHEVY 150 Series

Seat belts and Disc brakes were not the priority in 1955 but safety was the first thing on Scott's mind when  he layed out his plans for upgrading his Tri-Five . Performance upgrades followed because who doesn't appreciate power steering and a hydraulic clutch

• Wilwood :  Remove factory front drum brakes and Install Wilwood front disc brake conversion kit.  Remove factory rear drum brakes and Install Wilwood rear disc brake conversion kit  Remove original parking brake cable system and Install Wilwood parking brake cable  Remove original brake reservoir and and Install CPP Hydra Boos system and Wilwood master cylinder  Build and install new brake lines throughout 
• Flaming River:  Remove steering column from vehicle and remove steering box and pitman arm along with all other original steering components and install Flaming River rack and pinion cradle system. 3hrs Install power steering pump. Install new Flaming River steering column and complete linkage from column to rack and pinion.  Build custom return lines for powersteering system and Hydrabost system, and install power steering pump and reservoir   
•  Mcleod :   Remove transmission and install new Mcleod hydraulic throwout bearing.  Install Mcleod hydraulic clutch kit
